Privacy Policy

Orbital Wake is designed to work without accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated servers.

The short version: the app does not collect or transmit your personal data. Your alarm preferences and Command Run scores remain on your device.

Information Orbital Wake stores

Orbital Wake stores the following information locally on your iPhone so its features work as expected:

Your selected alarm time and wake difficulty.
Identifiers and state needed to manage active alarms and their backup alarm chain.
Your Command Run high score and up to ten recent score records.

This information is not sent to the developer or shared with third parties. You can remove it by deleting the app from your device.

Data collection and tracking

Orbital Wake does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information. The app has no account system and does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs. The app does not make developer-operated network requests.

Alarm permission

Orbital Wake requests access to Apple’s alarm system so it can schedule, display, snooze, and cancel alarms you configure. Alarm access is used only to provide the app’s alarm functionality. You can change this permission in iOS Settings.

Apple platform services

Distribution, purchases, crash diagnostics you elect to share with Apple, and Apple platform services are operated by Apple and are governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. Orbital Wake does not receive your payment information.

Children’s privacy

Because Orbital Wake does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security and retention

App preferences and scores remain in the app’s local storage for as long as the app is installed, unless you change or overwrite them through normal use. Protection of that local information is provided by the security features of iOS and your device.

Changes to this policy

If Orbital Wake’s data practices change, this page will be updated and a new effective date will be posted above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and its App Store privacy disclosures as required.
