Email support@brennonoverton.comThe alarm does not sound
Open iOS Settings and confirm that Orbital Wake has permission to schedule alarms. Make sure the alarm is armed in Orbital Wake, your iPhone volume is audible, and the scheduled time is in the future. Then reopen the app and arm the alarm again.
The alarm alert’s Stop button did not cancel everything
This is intentional. Apple requires a system Stop control on the alarm alert. In Orbital Wake, that control silences the current alert like a one-minute snooze; a backup alert will follow. Tap Begin Mission and complete the required swipe sequences to cancel the entire backup chain.
The swipe controls are not visible
Tap Begin Mission on the alarm alert to open Orbital Wake’s command challenge. If the phone is already unlocked, tap the alarm banner to enter the challenge.
How do I change or cancel an alarm?
Open Orbital Wake, tap the large alarm time to choose a new time, and tap Arm Alarm. To cancel an armed alarm and all of its backups, tap Disarm Alarm.
How do I practice?
Tap Training Run on the home screen to practice the alarm swipe challenge without scheduling an alarm. Command Run is a separate timed score game available from the same screen.
